I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right inside the Plaza Las Americas mall, and the views of the massive supermarket from the higher floors were quite unique. The rooms were comfortable, but the price could have been more competitive. The service was good, though I wished they offered dry cleaning and laundry services. The dining experience was pleasant with tasty options at reasonable prices.
